Fairground: closed for the evening

I'd been sitting indoors all day playing Nier: Automata and was feeling a bit guilty about it, so I went out to get some fresh air and walk around a bit. I didn't really have anything particular in mind, but decided on Lowestoft seafront as it's close by and I could hopefully get some good pictures before the sky went fully dark. Burgh Castle, and the setting sun

Yet more nice weather! Perhaps the atmosphere will be kind for this whole week while I'm off work? Once again I wanted to go out somewhere today and make the most of the shine, and so: Burgh Castle. Dunwich Heath in the evening

Summer is definitely on the way: the evenings are light for longer (sunset is around 20:00), the weather is warmer, and things are starting to grow green bits. I've visited Dunwich Heath before, earlier in the year, and although I got a nice walk out of it, I got there a little too late to get many decent photos, even with the tripod. This time though I arrived with enough time to enjoy an hour's walk before the sun set. Equipment note: all the pictures here were taking using the Fuji 50–230mm.
