Covehithe is a tiny hamlet a short way south of Lowestoft, home to a partially ruined church, some houses, some pig farms, a beach, and not a lot else.
Since it’s not far from where we live, Zoe and I decided to visit one afternoon in late summer.
Rear graveyard, with room for expansion
The path to the beach runs past the pig farms.
Bird sanctuary.
Cliffs, subject to significant erosion.
