I was getting a little worried that this week would be a washout, with the weather generally being wet and windy, but fortunately there were a few days of shine and I made an effort to use that nice light.

Winter sun is probably my favourite kind of light – it combines the low and long shadows of a sunset/sunrise, but with a colder, whiter, more etherial feel.
